I first got an amazing rate with Agoda which has won my vote and preference. From check in I got nothing but a great induction by Ali, the most friendly and knowledgeable staff I met during my short stay. Ali's induction ticked all boxed and beyond. Big shout to Ali. The room was outstanding, cleanliness, facilities, space, view, all in one and very accommodating.
A beautiful hotel in the perfect location. Staff are friendly and the room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast options were great and overall deco of the hotel is beautiful. Spa was great.The lounge is also very nice

Weekends are busier. However over the years standard has fallen. Multi story car park is always closed. Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Bham over all has collapsed and some areas worse than third world slums. Hence 3 stars ????

It's ideal for families or friends who will be staying for a few days as it allows you cook your own food. There's a laundry room downstairs beside the gym. Bed was comfortable. Room could be cleaned better and facilities need upgrading. Comes with complimentary continental breakfast buffet style. Not much options but at least cold and hot options available. I really enjoyed my stay and I would stay here again. Great value for money.
I had the unfortunate experience of staying at this hotel for 1 night, I am glad I did not stay any longer. Halfway through the night as me and my partner were asleep we were woken up to a noise coming from the adjacent room to ours. The noise was brief and at the time we were unable to make Londres slots out what it was. However, at this point we were now awake and attempted to fall back to sleep. At approximately 7.30am we heard a noise again, this time we were more alert to it as we were unable to fall back to sleep. The noise was coming from the adjacent room again and there was a rhythmic banging noise which lasted around 30 minutes. You will find on this review a video of the noise as evidence. We could also hear moaning coming from the room so it became clearly evident that there was a sexual interaction taking place. This was extremely uncomfortable and disturbing and completely ruined our stay at the hotel. At the point of check out we raised this with the person at the desk, who advised he was the manager named Mark. He showed no empathy at all regarding our horrible experience and did nothing in regards to handling the complaint.
They treat people as people rich or poor. Al the manager is one of the best managers I have ever encountered, as his attention to details is extraordinary. I had a few too many drinks and he ensured I got home safely. Lovely staff. ????
